Terms of service

These terms govern the use of BullWife (bullwife.com), the service run by BullWife. By signing up you accept them: take your time, they are written to be understood.

1. What BullWife is

BullWife is a private community for adults: couples, single women, bulls and trans or crossdresser people who live, or want to discover, the cuckold and hotwife world. You can create a profile, search other profiles, send messages, publish stories and books, suggest venues, organise trips and join groups.

BullWife is a place to get to know each other. It is not a paid dating service or an agency: we do not arrange meetings and we do not guarantee the identity or behaviour of members.

2. Who can join

• Only adults (18 or older). You state your date of birth when you sign up; an account belonging to a minor is closed as soon as we find out.
• One person has one account. A couple profile is shared by two accounts, one per person.
• You cannot sign up if a previous account of yours was closed for breaking these terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for what happens with your account: keep your password safe and do not share it. If you think someone accessed it, change it and write to [email protected].

The data you enter must be true: age, profile type and town. You may use a nickname, but you cannot pretend to be another real person.

4. What you can publish

You can publish photos, texts, stories, reviews and messages in line with the community guidelines. In particular, these are never allowed:

• content involving minors, even only hinted at or fictional;
• photos or information about other people without their consent, including anything that makes them recognisable;
• requests or offers of money, paid services, escorting or prostitution;
• violent, non-consensual or illegal content, or content inciting hatred;
• advertising, spam and outside contacts used to bypass the site.

5. Your content

What you publish stays yours: you keep the copyright. By publishing it you grant BullWife a free, non-exclusive licence to store it and show it on the site, according to the visibility settings you choose (for example private photos visible only to the people you allow). The licence ends when you delete the content, except for published stories and books that received comments or votes: for these you can ask for removal and we will assess it, but removal is always guaranteed for serious reasons (personal data, recognisable people, safety).

You are responsible for what you publish and you guarantee that you hold the rights to it.

6. Moderation

Anyone can report a profile, photo, message or piece of content. Moderators may hide content, warn, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the guidelines, without notice in serious cases. Suspended members receive an explanation and can reply.

7. Meetings and safety

Meetings between members happen under the responsibility of the people who choose them. Please read our safety tips. BullWife is not liable for members' behaviour outside the site, but acts on reports and cooperates with the authorities when the law requires it.

8. Costs

Signing up and the features of the site are free. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will tell you prices and conditions first and never charge you without your explicit consent.

9. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected] from the address you signed up with: we close it within 30 days and delete your data as explained in the privacy policy. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

10. Liability

We do our best to keep the site working well and safely, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available and error-free. To the extent allowed by law, BullWife is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or from content published by members. The rights the law grants to consumers are not affected.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are important we will tell you on the site or by email before they take effect; by continuing to use the site you accept them, otherwise you can close your account.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For people using the site as consumers, the court of their place of residence remains competent. For any question write to [email protected].
